How do I configure my Web browser?
Jiji Press News on the Web uses JavaScript. Service pages will not display properly if JavaScript has not been activated.

How do I log In?
1. Access the site of Jiji Press News on the Web: http://eng.jw.jiji.com/.
2. Input your User ID and Password, then click on "Enter." Click on "Enter" just once. If you click more than once, you cannot log in.
3. The "News & Charts" page will appear.

How do I log out?
1. Press the "Log Out" button at the top right corner of the "News & Charts" page.
2. Then click on "Yes."
3. You will be taken back to the "Log In" page.
*When you finish using Jiji Press News on the Web, be sure to press the "Log Out" button. If you close the window without pressing the "Log Out" button, you will not be able to log in again using the same User ID/Password for about 10 minutes.

Do I need to input my User ID/Password every time I log in?
By marking a check box to save your User ID/Password on the "Log In" page, you will be able to log in next time by simply pressing "Enter" since the "Log In" page will appear with your User ID/ Password already filled in.

I cannot save my User ID/Password. What do I do?
Cookies software is used for saving your User ID/Password. If you cannot save your UserID/Password using the steps explained above, please check that Cookies have been enabled on your Web browser.

How do I delete saved User ID/Password?
1. Press "Clear" to delete the saved User ID/Password in the "Log In" page.
2. When the message appears that your User ID/Password has been deleted from Cookies, press "OK."
3. Your User ID/Password has been deleted but will still appear on the "Log In" page. In order to confirm the deletion, reload the "Log In" page.

How do I search news content?
1. Specify the word you wish to search for in the box at the top of the "News & Charts" page.
2. Choose a time frame (the length of time you want to trace back from today) and click on "Search." If you do not select a time frame, the search will scan only news items from the past month.
